Featuring the most exciting ambience in Winter Park, the Wildcreek Brewing Company at the Untamed Southwest Grill continues to dazzle with its food, homemade microbrews, and pure atmosphere. Our newly remodeled space features a huge rectangular bar, a hot new pool table loft, multiple flat panel HD televisions offering sports programming galore, a private banquet room and our signature on-site brewery.

We strive to offer you great innovations in flavors, textures, colors, and an overall sensory experience. All of our beef and game is Colorado grass fed USDA prime and our fish is brought in fresh daily. We use local Colorado grown produce (including various products from Grand County's own Morales Farms) to complement our handcrafted beers brewed on-site.
